1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Snap Skins! By accessing or using our website (snapthatskin.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Snap Skins.
Important: By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Refund and Return Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Account Registration
Creating an Account
To place orders, you may create an account by providing:
- Valid email address
- Secure password
- Billing and shipping information
Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our policies.
3. Orders & Pricing
Product Availability
- All products are subject to availability
- We manufacture skins on-demand, so stock is rarely an issue
- If a product is unavailable, we'll notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund
Pricing
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated
- Prices may change without notice, but orders already placed are honored at the purchase price
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method
- No additional taxes are applied (business registered under small business exemption)
Order Confirmation
- After placing an order, you'll receive an email confirmation
- This confirms we've received your order but does not guarantee acceptance
- We reserve the right to refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to: suspected fraud, blacklisted customer, payment issues, or unavailable products
4. Payment Terms
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for customers in Pakistan:
- Direct Bank Transfer: Transfer funds directly to our bank account
- RAAST ID Payment: Instant bank transfer using Pakistan's RAAST payment system
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay with cash when your order is delivered (subject to approval and location availability)
Payment Processing Timeline
For Bank Transfer & RAAST ID:
- You will receive our bank details and RAAST ID via email after placing your order
- Complete the payment within 24 hours to confirm your order
- Send payment proof (screenshot) to WhatsApp: +92 349 0982246 or support@snapthatskin.com
- Once we verify your payment (usually within 2 hours during business hours), you'll receive a payment confirmation email
- Your order enters production within 2 hours of payment verification
- All bank charges or transfer fees are the customer's responsibility
For Cash on Delivery (COD):
- Available for select locations across Pakistan (major cities only)
- COD orders may require phone verification before processing
- Your order enters production immediately after order placement and verification
- You must be available to receive and pay for your order when delivered
- Payment is made directly to the courier in cash (exact amount preferred)
- COD charges (if applicable) will be added to your order total at checkout
COD Restrictions:
- Customers who have been blacklisted for previous COD refusals or order cancellations are not eligible for COD
- Blacklisted customers must pay via bank transfer or RAAST ID before order production
Payment Confirmation
- You'll receive an email confirmation once your payment is verified (for bank transfer/RAAST ID)
- Orders are only processed after payment confirmation or COD verification
- We reserve the right to request additional verification for large orders or new customers
Failed or Delayed Payments
If payment is not received within the required timeframe:
- Bank Transfer/RAAST ID: Your order will be held for 24 hours, then automatically cancelled if payment is not confirmed
- COD: If you refuse delivery or are unavailable after multiple attempts, you will be permanently blacklisted from future COD orders and may be liable for return shipping costs
- No refund will be issued if you cancel due to payment issues after production has started
Payment Security
- We never store your bank account details or card information
- All payment proofs and transaction details are kept confidential
- Never share payment information through unofficial channels or third parties claiming to represent Snap Skins
5. Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time
- Standard orders: Manufactured and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
- Custom designs: May take 3-5 business days depending on complexity
- Bulk orders (10+ items): Processing time will be communicated separately
Shipping Methods (Pakistan Only)
- Standard Shipping (Pakistan Post): 5-7 business days, economical option
- Express Shipping (TCS): 2-3 business days, faster and more reliable
Note: We currently ship within Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Tracking
- You'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS once your order ships
- Track orders through your account dashboard or the carrier's website
- Contact us if tracking information is not updated within 24 hours of shipment
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost or damaged during transit:
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- We'll file a claim with the carrier
- If approved, we'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund
- Provide photos of damaged packaging if applicable
6. Returns & Refunds
No Returns Policy
Important: Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we operate under a strict No Returns policy. We do not accept physical returns of products.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available in the following circumstances:
- Order not placed in production: If you cancel within the allowed cancellation window (see Section 8 of Return & Refund Policy)
- Product unavailable: If we cannot fulfill your order due to product unavailability
- Wrong item sent (our error): If we send you the incorrect device model or design
- Undelivered parcel (courier fault): If the courier loses your package and the claim is approved
Replacement Policy (Manufacturing Defects Only)
We offer free replacements (not refunds) for verified manufacturing defects:
- Wrong item sent: Report within 3 days with photo proof
- Manufacturing defects: Printing errors, cutting errors exceeding 8mm total variance, material defects (report within 7 days)
- Shipping damage: Report within 24 hours with photos of damaged package and product
Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Change of mind after order placement
- Wrong device model or design selected by customer
- Customer dissatisfaction with the design
- Application difficulties or user error
- Used, applied, or opened products
- Minor color variations (±10% is normal)
- Cutting tolerances within ±5mm (industry standard)

7. Product Quality Standards
Note: Snap Skins does not offer a warranty on products. However, we stand behind the quality of our manufacturing and will replace defective items as outlined below.
Manufacturing Standards
Almost all Snap Skins products are manufactured to the following standards:
- Precision-cut with ±3-5mm cutting tolerance (industry standard)
- Printed at 1440 DPI resolution
- Premium-grade vinyl material
- Air-release adhesive technology
- UV-resistant inks
Manufacturing Defect Replacement
We will replace products with verified manufacturing defects (not a warranty, but a quality guarantee):
- Printing defects: Blurry images, incorrect colors, smudged printing
- Cutting errors: Misaligned cutouts exceeding 8mm total variance (measured as the difference from the intended position)
- Material defects: Tears, holes, bubbles, or discoloration in the vinyl material (before application)
- Adhesive failure: Skin does not stick when applied correctly (unused product only)
What's NOT Covered
The following are not considered defects and do not qualify for replacement:
- Damage caused by improper installation or user error
- Wear and tear from normal use
- Damage from removing and reapplying the skin
- Damage from harsh chemicals or cleaners
- Minor color variations (±10% is normal)
- Cutting tolerances within ±5mm (industry standard)
- Stretching requirements for curved edges (normal)
Replacement Claims
To request a replacement for manufacturing defects:
- Email support@snapthatskin.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and purchase date
- Provide clear photos/video showing the defect on unused product
- We'll review and send a replacement if approved (no return required)

8. Intellectual Property
Ownership
All content on snapthatskin.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Snap Skins or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of Pakistan and international treaties.
Limited License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content on snapthatskin.com for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not allow you to:
- Modify, copy, or reproduce any content without our prior written consent
- Use any data mining, robots, bots, or similar data gathering tools
- Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our website
- Frame or mirror any part of our website without authorization
- Use our content for commercial purposes or resale
Trademarks
Snap Skins, snapthatskin.com, and our logos are trademarks of Snap Skins. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
9. User-Generated Content
Custom Design Uploads
When you upload custom designs or images for your device skins:
- You confirm that you own the copyright or have permission to use the content
- You grant Snap Skins a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and print your design for manufacturing your order
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
- We reserve the right to refuse to print any content that may infringe on intellectual property rights or violate our content policy
Prohibited Content
You may not upload designs containing:
- Copyrighted material you do not own (e.g., movie characters, brand logos, celebrity photos)
- Offensive, obscene, defamatory, or illegal content
- Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hate speech
- Political or religious content that may be controversial
Liability for Copyright Infringement
If you upload infringing content:
- You assume all legal responsibility and liability
- You agree to indemnify Snap Skins against any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from your content
- We may refuse to process your order or terminate your account
10. User Conduct
By using our website, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using the site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international law
- Posting or transmitting any harmful, offensive, defamatory, or obscene material
- Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity
- Interfering with or disrupting the security, integrity, or performance of the site
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the site or its related systems or networks
- Using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the site for any purpose without our express written permission
- Introducing any viruses, malware, or harmful code to the site
- Engaging in any activity that imposes an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure
- Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from the site
- Using the site to send spam, phishing attempts, or other unauthorized communications
Violation of these terms may result in account suspension, termination, and legal action.
11. Product Liability
Device Compatibility
While our skins are designed to fit your selected device model, we cannot guarantee:
- Perfect fit with third-party cases or screen protectors
- Compatibility with all device variants (e.g., regional differences)
- That the skin will protect your device from damage
Device Damage Disclaimer
Snap Skins are decorative vinyl stickers and are not designed to provide physical protection. We are not liable for:
- Any damage to your device caused during application or removal of the skin
- Residue left on your device after removal (though our adhesive is designed to be residue-free)
- Damage to device coatings, finishes, or paint due to adhesive
- Overheating or performance issues caused by covering device vents or sensors (follow application instructions)
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products
Proper Use
To minimize risk:
- Clean your device thoroughly before application
- Follow the included application instructions carefully
- Do not cover device sensors, cameras, or vents
- Remove the skin carefully if you experience device overheating
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snap Skins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the site
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the site
- Any content obtained from the site
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
- Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content
- Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of our products
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our site
- Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted through our site by any third party
Maximum Liability: In any case, Snap Skins' total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
13. Force Majeure
Snap Skins shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God (earthquakes, floods, fires, storms)
- War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government action
- Labor disputes or strikes
- Epidemics or pandemics
- Failure of suppliers, courier services, or utilities
- Power outages or telecommunications failures
- Material shortages or supply chain disruptions
If a force majeure event occurs:
- We will notify affected customers as soon as reasonably possible
- We will make reasonable efforts to minimize delays
- You may cancel your order for a full refund if the delay exceeds 30 days
14. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
If you have a dispute with Snap Skins, please contact us first at support@snapthatskin.com to attempt to resolve the matter informally. We're committed to working with you to find a fair resolution.
Mediation
If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Mediation costs will be shared equally.
Arbitration (Optional)
Either party may choose to resolve disputes through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1940 of Pakistan, conducted in Karachi, Pakistan.
Small Claims Court
Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies, instead of mediation or arbitration.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
By using this site and placing orders, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction:
- That provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable
- If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms
- The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect
