What are device skins?
Device skins are thin, precision-cut vinyl wraps that adhere to your device's surface. They protect against scratches, scuffs, and fingerprints while giving your device a completely personalized look.
Unlike bulky cases, skins add virtually no thickness (only 0.2mm) and maintain your device's slim profile.
What is Snap Skins?
Snap Skins is a Pakistan-based premium device skin brand. We specialize in creating high-quality, custom-cut vinyl skins for smartphones, laptops, tablets, gaming consoles, and more.
All our products are manufactured locally with premium 3M materials and printed at 1440 DPI for exceptional quality.
Where is Snap Skins located?
We are based in Karachi, Pakistan. Our workshop and warehouse are located at:

We currently ship to all cities across Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.

What material are Snap Skins made of?
Our skins are made from premium-grade 3M vinyl, known for its durability, flexibility, and residue-free removal. Key features include:
- Air-release adhesive technology for bubble-free application
- 1440 DPI printing resolution for sharp, vibrant designs
- UV-resistant inks to prevent fading
- Precision laser-cut for exact device fitment
What finishes are available?
We offer multiple finish options:
- Matte: Smooth, non-reflective finish with excellent grip
- Glossy: Shiny, vibrant finish that makes colors pop
- Textured: Various textured options for unique tactile experience
The available finishes may vary depending on the design and device model.
Will the skin protect my device from drops?
No. Skins are designed for scratch protection and customization only. They are thin vinyl wraps (approximately 0.2mm) and do not provide drop protection or shock absorption.
For drop protection, we recommend using a skin in combination with a case. Most skins are case-compatible!
Do skins interfere with wireless charging?
No. Our skins are thin enough (0.2mm) that they do not interfere with wireless charging functionality. Your device will charge wirelessly just as it would without a skin.
Are the colors exactly as shown on the website?
Colors may vary slightly (up to ±10%) between your screen and the actual product due to monitor calibration differences. This is industry standard and not considered a defect.
Do you offer custom designs?
Currently, we offer a curated collection of pre-designed skins. Custom design uploads are planned for the future!

Orders & Pricing
What is the price of your skins?
Our skin prices vary depending on the device and design complexity:
- Smartphone skins: Starting from PKR 699
- Laptop skins: Starting from PKR 1,499
- Gaming console skins: Starting from PKR 999
Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, but we recommend it! You can checkout as a guest, but creating an account gives you:
- Order history and tracking
- Saved addresses for faster checkout
- Access to exclusive offers and loyalty discounts
- Easier replacement/refund requests
How do I place an order?
Ordering is simple:
- Browse our shop and select your device model
- Choose your preferred design and finish
- Click "Add to Cart"
- Proceed to checkout
- Enter your shipping details and contact information
- Select your payment method
- Complete your order
You'll receive an order confirmation email with all the details.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, before production starts. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp (+92 349 0982246) or email.
Modifications: Once an order is placed, modifications (design, device model, address changes) are not possible after production begins.
After production starts, cancellation or modification is not possible, and you are obligated to receive and pay for the order.
What if my device isn't listed?
If you can't find your device:
- Use the search function on our website
- Contact us at support@snapthatskin.com with your exact device model
- We'll check if we can create a skin for your device
We continuously add new device models based on customer demand!
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods for customers in Pakistan:
- Direct Bank Transfer: Transfer funds directly to our bank account
- RAAST ID Payment: Instant bank transfer using Pakistan's RAAST payment system
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay with cash when your order is delivered (subject to approval and location availability)
How does bank transfer payment work?
After placing your order:
- You'll receive an email with our bank details and RAAST ID
- Complete the payment within 24 hours
- Send payment proof (screenshot) to WhatsApp: +92 349 0982246
- Once verified, you'll receive a confirmation email
- Your order enters production within 2 hours of payment verification
Note: All bank charges or transfer fees are the customer's responsibility.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available for select locations across Pakistan (major cities only). However:
- COD orders may require phone verification before processing
- COD charges (if applicable) will be added to your order total
- Customers who previously refused COD orders are not eligible for COD
If you've been blacklisted from COD, you must pay via bank transfer.
What happens if I don't pay within 24 hours?
For Bank Transfer/RAAST ID orders:
- Your order will be held for 24 hours
- If payment is not confirmed within this period, your order will be automatically cancelled
- You'll need to place a new order if you still want the product
Is my payment information secure?
Yes! We never store your bank account details or card information. All payment proofs and transaction details are kept confidential.
Important: Never share payment information through unofficial channels or third parties claiming to represent Snap Skins.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all cities and towns across Pakistan – from Karachi to Gilgit! No location is too remote.
International shipping is not available at this time.
What are the shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping (Pakistan Post): 5-7 business days – Budget-friendly option
- Express Shipping (TCS): 2-3 business days – Faster, more reliable
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long does it take to process my order?
- Standard orders: Manufactured and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
- Custom designs: May take 3-5 business days depending on complexity
- Bulk orders (10+ items): Processing time will be communicated separately
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- A tracking number via email and SMS
- Tracking link to monitor your shipment
You can also track your order through your account dashboard or our Track Order page.
What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date:
- Check the tracking information first
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- We'll file a claim with the carrier
- If the package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund
Returns & Replacements
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we operate under a strict No Returns policy. We do not accept physical returns of products.
Each skin is precision-cut specifically for your device model and design – once manufactured, it cannot be resold or reused.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available only in these specific circumstances:
- Order cancelled before production (within 2 hours of placing)
- Product unavailable (we can't fulfill your order)
- Wrong item sent (our error – you can choose refund or replacement)
- Lost parcel (courier fault, claim approved)
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

What if I receive a defective product?
We offer free replacements for verified manufacturing defects:
- Shipping damage: Report within 24 hours of delivery
- Wrong item sent: Report within 3 days of delivery
- Manufacturing defects: Report within 7 days of delivery
To request a replacement:

- Provide your order number
- Include clear photos/video of the defect
- We'll verify and ship a replacement within 2-3 business days (no return required)
What is NOT covered for replacement?
The following do not qualify for replacement:
- Wrong device model selected by customer
- Change of mind after ordering
- Application difficulties or user error
- Minor color variations (±10% is normal)
- Cutting tolerances within ±5mm (industry standard)
- Damage after application
- Normal wear and tear
What if I ordered the wrong device model?
Unfortunately, if you selected the wrong device model during ordering, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
Tip: Check your device settings (Settings → About Phone) or the original box to confirm your exact model before ordering.
Application & Care
How do I apply the skin?
Here's a quick overview:
- Clean your device thoroughly with the included microfiber cloth
- Peel the skin carefully from the backing paper
- Align the skin with your device's edges and cutouts
- Apply slowly from one end, pressing out air bubbles as you go
- Use a hairdryer on low heat for curved edges to help the vinyl conform
- Press firmly around all edges and cutouts
We include application instructions with every order.
What if I get air bubbles during application?
Don't panic! Air bubbles are common during application. Here's how to fix them:
- Small bubbles: Press firmly toward the nearest edge to push the air out
- Stubborn bubbles: Use a hairdryer on low heat to warm the vinyl, then press out the bubble
- Tiny bubbles: Most tiny bubbles will naturally disappear within 24-48 hours
Can I reapply the skin if I mess up?
You can carefully peel and reapply the skin once or twice during initial application. However:
- The adhesive weakens with each removal
- After the skin has fully bonded (24+ hours), removal and reapplication is not recommended
- Damage from reapplication is not covered under our replacement policy
Tip: Take your time during the first application!
How do I remove the skin?
To remove the skin:
- Apply heat using a hairdryer on low/medium heat
- Start from a corner and peel slowly at a 45° angle
- Keep heating as you peel to prevent tearing
- Clean any residue (if any) with isopropyl alcohol
Our 3M vinyl is designed for residue-free removal.
How long will the skin last?
With proper application and care, our skins typically last 12-18 months or longer.
Care tips:
- Avoid harsh chemicals or cleaners
- Don't peel at the edges
- Keep away from excessive heat
Are skins case-compatible?
Most of our skins are case-compatible! The thin 0.2mm profile allows most cases to fit normally.
However:
- Very tight-fitting cases may cause edge lifting
- Some textured skins may be slightly thicker
- We recommend testing your case fit after application
Account & Privacy
How do I create an account?
Creating an account is easy:
- Click on "My Account" in the website header
- Enter your email address and create a password
- Fill in your name and contact details
- Verify your email (if required)
- You're all set!
You can also create an account during checkout.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
No problem! Here's how to reset it:
- Go to the login page
- Click "Forgot Password?"
- Enter your registered email address
- Check your email for the reset link
- Create a new password
If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact us.
How is my personal information used?
We use your information to:
- Process and fulfill your orders
- Send order updates and shipping notifications
- Provide customer support
- Send promotional emails (only with your consent)
- Prevent fraud and maintain security
We never sell your personal information to third parties.

How can I delete my account?
To delete your account and associated data:
- Email us at support@snapthatskin.com
- Include your registered email and request account deletion
- We'll process your request within 90 days
Note: Some data (order history, transaction records) may be retained for legal compliance purposes.
What happens if I'm blacklisted?
Customers may be blacklisted for:
- Refusing COD orders after production
- Fraudulent activity
- Repeated false claims
If blacklisted:
- COD option is removed
- All future orders require advance payment via bank transfer
- We may refuse to accept orders
Blacklist status is permanent in most cases. Contact support@snapthatskin.com if you believe this was done in error.
